The PT 30

This workout is short and effective! Class is focused in on strength and toning using a variety of machines and equipment. Workout is 30 mins and taught by personal trainer Brooke Smith.

A traditional strength training class. You’ll use dumbbells, resistance bands, and a variety of equipment to tone and tighten from head to toe!
