Get that One on One experience with your trainer! Sessions are tailored to YOUR specific fitness needs and goals, and are always varied to keep you motivated. Take all the guess work out and have your month to month fitness mapped out for you!

Initial Consultation:
Personalized meeting with personal trainer Brooke Smith to consult over your history, fitness goals, and strengths/weaknesses. This information will be used in order for the personal trainer to advise you in the best workout programs fit for you based off your information, budget and availability. There is no pressure in this consultation to use Body By Brooke programs because the purpose is to help any fitness level with question/concerns to get professional advise and guidance on developing a plan to get you motivated!

Service Cost: $25 for 1hr consultation

Fitness Assessment:

*This is your first training session once you have purchased your personal training package.
Includes a health-fitness appraisal of your cardiovascular, upper body and core strength, as well as flexibility. You will do a weigh-in and body fat assessment; goal setting;an email will follow outlining your fitness level based on you age and gender.

Start SMART Program

1Let me design a program just for you! If you are new to exercise, or a fitness enthusiast looking for ways to bring some new ideas into your workout, we can help. I will discuss whether you want to focus on cardiovascular fitness, strength training, stretching programs, or a little bit of everything. We want to take you to the next level!

3 IN-STUDIO meetings covering the following (plus a bonus Stretch session):

Weekly Accountability Fitness Package

4Weekly accountability is a great program for you if you need that little extra motivation each week to keep you driving forward. Time with your trainer to discuss your other workout plans as well as a great 1x/week workout maximizing you time in the gym.

Buddy Fitness Package

5This is a buddy/small group that you work out together with 2x-3x per week. Get in shape the healthy way while enjoying the company and support of family and friends.

Partner Training is offered for two clients and Small Group Training is in groups of 3 to 4. Once I am familiar with a clients’ fitness level I can make suggestions of other clients that may be compatible for a small group. I also encourage clients to create their own small groups with family, friends or coworkers.

Buddy Pricing

  • 1 hour sessions
  • (2 people) 8 sessions: Buddy /1hr = $400 / month (per person $200)
  • (2 people) 12 sessions: Buddy /1hr = $600/month (per person $300)

Written Workout Fitness Package

6Just needing the workout written and organized for you by a professional trainer? Have the workout shown to you in person with proper form and technique lessons before you take off on your own! This plan is designed to give you the just that!

Includes

  • 1 Personal Training in studio workout that will include full explanation and workout. Time 60 mins-1.5hours depending on needed information.
  • 1 total body workout written plan
  • 1 written cardio routine
  • And bi-weekly check ins on progress from trainer to keep you motivated.
