Mountain Biker
We’re taking spinning to new heights in this challenging hill heavy spin class.
Cycle and Sculpt
30 minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes of strength training and abs.
Biker Booty Tone
20 minutes of spinning followed by 20 minutes of high rep legs and glute toning exercises. Ends with 10 mins of deep stretching.
Ripped Cycle
A cycling class that uses upper body exercises while on the bike along with core toning floor exercises in the mix. You’ll get a full body cardio and strength workout leaving you ripped.
Cycle to the Beat
Get lost in the music in this challenging cycling class that uses pulse- pounding music and rhythms. Dancing and cycling together equals a fun intense workout!
Zen Spin
A fusion of 30 minutes of spinning followed by30 minutes of yoga. You’ll get in your cardio while also increasing strength and flexibility.
Endurance Ride
Challenge your basic spinning class by adding sprints through out! This addition of high intensity ramps up the overall calorie burn while improving your endurance overall.
